2.steep grains 40 minutes at 70-72°C
3.Sparge 6 ltr at 70-72°C
4.Fine- tuning OG
5.Boil 60 minutes at 78-80°C with 18 gr Fuggles
6.45 minutes later add 10 gr Fuggles and 1 gr Irish Moss
7.At 20°C add Fermentis Safale 05 - ferment 7 days at 18-20°C
8.Secondary fermentation for 7 additional days
9.Priming with 4-5 gr/ltr sugar and bottling
10.After 2 weeks from bottling make a taste
11.Enjoy your ancient UK beer at ambient temperature
