Special Instructions

Boil 8 ltr at 75°C
2.
steep grains 40 minutes at 70-72°C
3.
Sparge 6 ltr at 70-72°C
4.
Fine- tuning OG
5.
Boil 60 minutes at 78-80°C with 18 gr Fuggles
6.
45 minutes later add 10 gr Fuggles and 1 gr Irish Moss
7.
At 20°C add Fermentis Safale 05 - ferment 7 days at 18-20°C
8.
Secondary fermentation for 7 additional days
9.
Priming with 4-5 gr/ltr sugar and bottling
10.
After 2 weeks from bottling make a taste
11.
Enjoy your ancient UK beer at ambient temperature
