Mash at 154 degrees for 60 min

Mashout / Recirculation/sparge

Boil wort for 60 min with/ Hopstand for 30 min

At end of boil, cool to 170 degrees, whirlpool and perfrom hopstand for 30 min

After Hopit and cool to yeast pitching temperture to 70 degrees
6.
Dry hop in secondary for 5 days 2 oz of azacca
7.
bottling 6 oz of corn sugar
