Special Instructions

1.
Heat 2 gal water to 155F
2.
Add grain to steep for 60 minutes at 155F
3.
Prep 2 qt water at 170F to sparge
4.
Place grain bag in strainer and drain to brew pot
5.
Sparge with 2 qt hot water
6.
Once done, place stainer in bowl to continue recovery
7.
Bring to boil, add lme
8.
Bring back to boil and go for 75 minutes
9.
Add 1 oz hops at 60 min
10.
Add 1 oz hops and Irish moss at 15 min
11.
Once done, cool wort to 70F.
12.
Add wort and water 2 primary to get 5 gal at 70F
13.
Aerate wort for 1 min
14.
Check OG
15.
Pitch yeast

Note:do a starter 12 hours ahead of time.
