Special Instructions

1.
2.7 quarts of water to 160..add grains and adjust to 149-152 for 60 minutes

Sparge grains with 1 gallon of 170 degree water to total 1.5 gallons of wort

Add Dextrose and boil 60 minutes
4.
Add hops as per the hop schedule and Irish Moss at 45 minutes

Very good dry Stout. Great color, just a bit of bitterness and great creamy head. This one is a keeper
