Special Instructions

1.
For the Mash-Out, This is a batch sparge process.
2.
Heat 5 gallons of water to 170 deg
3.
Pull the inital wort from the mash-tun into the brew kettle
4.
Add 2 gallons of 170 degree water to mash tun, let sit 10 min, then drain to kettle.
5.
Repeat step 4.
6.
This process should leave you with roughly 6.5 gal of wort to boil.
