Notes:

This is the best tasting beer I have ever had. I honestly don't know what I would do to improve upon it. To qualify that, my favorite beers have strong hop aroma and flavor, very mild bitterness with some malty sweetness. I enjoy IPAs but feel they have become too tart recently. This is the perfect 'debittered' IPA.

Notes:

This beer is just about perfect!

Notes:

Taste and aroma are perfect. Just the right hop increase from the Black Friday Mosaic Pale Ale. Needs another week or two in the keg to fully condition.

Second tray at a Mosaic Pale. Bumped the hop aroma up slightly with dry hopping. Not fully conditioned in the keg yet but tastes incredible!
