Reference Jamil at BYO for orig ingredient. That one has 20% spec malts. I cut down a bit to get OG to 1.055. A temperature around 150 to 154 °F (66 to 68 °C) creates wort with a nice balance between fermentable and non-fermentable sugars. Use a lower temperature when using lower attenuating yeasts or higher starting gravities.
