Special Instructions

Mash at 65 deg for 75 mins (2.5L water/kg grain)

Sparge with 85 deg water. Aim for 8.6L of boil water after sparge

Boil for 60 mins
4.
Add first lot of hops to the boil
5.
Add yeast nutrient and irish moss 10 mins before flame out
6.
Add remaining hops at flame out
7.
Add any additional water to get final batch size if required
8.
Chill down to 15-18 deg
9.
Pitch yeast
10.
Ferment at 15 deg
