Special Instructions

  1. t sour wort , boil, ferment will split three ways for fruit
  2. Soured with plantarum 3gallons full gravity will dilute to 4-5 gallons after boil
  3. not thrilled with pantarum, four days 3.8Ph have to research slow start to ferment took off at approx 20 hrs set ferment to 68 F
  4. will bump temp to 75 after a few days , and wait, and wait
  5. Bottled 6/18 fg 1.01 pineapple mango expect to change over time and when carbed
