Kegged 2/27. Refractometer readings of FG 1.028 / BRIX 7.0. Based on original BRIX of 16.6, estimated ABV 7.1%.

Notes:

Transferred to secondary 2/22 to get beer off of the bio-trans hops and whirlpool hops (DO NOT bring whirlpool hops into fermenter next time - smelled like vegetables coming out of the kettle). Refractometer readings were SG 1.026, BRIX 6.6 - Estimated ABV 7.3%

Notes:

Brewed 2/19. OG 1.068 after yeast addition and aeration. Majority of whirlpool hops (Mosaic) moved into primary, and 1 oz each Citra and Galaxy added as soon as transfer to primary was complete.
