Special Instructions

  1. Steep CaraMunich and Caramel Malt for 15minutes at 65C. Rinse out caramel bag in cold water.
  2. Remove bag and bring water back to Strike temp.
  3. Mash Maris Otter at 66C for 60min. Ferment at 16C to 18C is a must for 30days. Condition at 18C
  4. Carb at 2.5Volume
