- Strike temp was incorrect. Only went down two degrees. Had to use an ice pack to lower the temperature to 68.- mash temp varied at 67 to 69. Briefly touched 69.5. majority was at 68.5- 10.5 litres of wort. 1.033 SG (tested at 26'C and adjusted).- Boil was very strong. It almost ran away from me a couple times when I turned my back.- 1.050 SG at 20 degrees. Wort is darker than last time. Coriander taste is pretty strong.
