    Regarding the coriander addition, do you use the coriander leaf (herb) or the crushed coriander seed?

    I crush the seeds, then measure out a teaspoon. I also added a 1/3rd of a packet of T-58 yeast along with the entire packet of US-05. It came out awesome. Cheers! Brewdog333
