This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: Maris Otter Pale - UK, Victory Malt - US, Extra Dark Crystal 120L - UK, Dark Crystal 80L - UK, Warrior Hops, East Kent Goldings Hops, Fuggles Hops, Saaz Hops, White Labs Dry English ale WLP007 Homebrew Yeast, Irish Moss, Yeast Nutrient.
initial sharpness from the dry hop has faded over the last week and half since first tapped to a nice earthy/spicy flavor. Tastes like a really nice British bitter. Could have a little more malt to the body, might consider increasing the biscuit/victory malt in the next batch (and keeping the dry hop as EKG)
