Notes:

Opened a tester to check carbonation. Seems like some of the off flavors, DMS/diacytel may have carried into bottling, but over-all, very bright and pleasant. Seems like it still needs a few days or a week+ to bottle condition. Will be interesting to see how much it cleans up. Super juicy. A tiny hop bitterness (could be earthier for counterpoint). Butterscotch, vanilla, lemon/lime.
