Special Instructions

1.
steep barley at 71 - 79 degrees for 25 minutes and strain
2.
add more hot water and all fermentables together and bring up to the boil
3.
add hops at appropriate juncture
4.
chill into fermentation bucket for 6 days

Specific Gravity start = 1.053 (potential alcohol is 9%)

transfer into secondary, remove EVM. Simmer 50 crushed corriander seeds for 10 minutes, adding the orange blossom flowers for 1 minute. turn off heat adding 2 caps orange extract once cool
7.
add liquid to the fermentation tank and add flowers into dry hopping bag (with hops) and put into secondary for 1 week.
8.
Day 11 FG1.013, add 1 flat tablespoon of gelatin and 220g lactose 1 half cap orange extract
9.
add 90g priming 'cane' sugar plus 50g lemon juice, then bottle
