5.25 gallons of strike water heateed to 160 degrees for tun loss

Special Instructions

1.
Add flameout hops (simcoe, Columbus and apollo) and le stand for 15 minutes.
2.
add second flameout hops (whirlpool, at 180 degrees) Columbus, simcoe, Amarillo, centennial and apollo. Let stand for 15 minutes.
3.
Transfer to fermenters and pitch yeast starter.
4.
On 11th day of primary add first round of dry hops.
5.
On 14th day transfer to secondary and add 2nd round of dry hops on day 5.
6.
Keep in secondary for total of 7 days. Keg....
7.
4.65 gallons of strike water. 6.97 gallons of sparge water.
