(6 gallons to fermenter after hop absorption and boil-off)Threw in a few ounces of 2 yr old (leftover from 1# bag) cascade I had in the freezer. ~..5 oz @ 30 mins, .5oz @ 3 mins, .5oz @ flameout.Cooled to 75*F in 10 mins, and pitched yeast @ 75*F.
