Special Instructions

Used two 1.5kg kits of Tooheys Lager. Tailed (to achieve) 3kg of fresh strawberries. Put these through a food processor then brought to the boil for several minutes. Put these into the fermenter and made u to 25lts
2.
Yeast in, then maintain at 20C until fully fermented. Took 8 bottles for priming then kegged the balance
