Special Instructions
1.Add 5.26 Gallons of strike water and bring to 162 degrees. Once at temperature, add with all grains to Mash Tun for 60 minutes
2.After Mash has rested 60 minutes, recirculate to set grain bed and drain into boil pot.
3.Perform Sparge with 3.5 Gallons of water heated to 170 degrees. Then follow above ingredient additions to boil.
4.Primary Fermintation at 67 degrees for 7 days in bucket then secondary in carboy at 67 degrees for 9 days
5.Add Priming sugar then Bottle and allow to rest and carbonate at room temperature for 7 days
