Special Instructions
1.Brew with spring water. Gypsum is boiled for 60min. Yeast nutrient and kosher salt are boiled for 15min. Coriander and orange zest are boiled for 5min.
2.Hop stand flameout hops for 30min at 180f. This should raise IBUs from 55.6 into the 70ish range.
3.Ferment at 68f.
4.Dry hop with 1oz Citra 14.1% and 1oz Amarillo 8.4% at high krausen.
5.Dry hop with 1oz Citra 14.1% and 1oz Mosaic 12.3% as krausen is falling.
6.Primary for 7 days. On day 8, batch prime with 1/3cup sucrose and bottle.
