Notes:

Had a bottle and the aroma was a sweet, earthy, chocolate aroma. Nice head with tight pillowy bubbles. Dissipated kinda too quick. Mouthfeel is very thin. The flavor at colder temps comes out really sweet. Once it warms up, the flavor profile changes to an odd smokey than that I don't like at all! I gotta re-brew this and make some minor adjustments. Maybe reduce the dark malt additions.

Notes:

AROMA: It was quite pleasant. Very earthy, sweet chocolate, coffee, mild bitterness. TASTE: It's a bit thin, missing that slick, soft, oily mouthfeel that usually comes to mind when you drink a IS. The taste was more on the sweeter side of chocolate, dark roasted coffee.
