Notes:

Turned out well. Tasting the best after about a month from the brew date. Pleasantly bitter, but maintaining balance. Caramel and a small amount of roast in the nose, as well as earthy grapefruity hops. Flavor is the same with roast more up front. Tastes good the way it is but maybe try some biscuit malt next time, with hops tuned down.
