Special Instructions

1.
Prepare 1st batch 10 L Carbon Filtered boiled water (to add later) and store
2.
Prepare second batch 10 L Carbon Filtered boiled water (to add later) store
3.
15 L Carbon Filtered Tap Water in brew kettle
4.
Add the dry malt extract - stir to disolve
5.
Add all the crush grains in grain bag and add to brew kettle
6.
Raise to 82 C (at least 30 mins)
7.
Remove, allow to drain don't squeeze!
8.
Bring to boil add Hallertau Hops boil for 55 mins
9.
5 mins to go - add Saaz & Irish Moss
10.
Chill fast to yeast friendly temp
11.
Transfer to carboy
12.
Top up to 20 litres with boiled tap water (made in steps 1 & 2)
13.
Check tempt is yeast friendly and then add Yeast
14.
Seal and ferment
