Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Crack grains and steep in 6 gals. of 150° F water for 10 to 20 minutes in grain bag.
2.
Remove grains and add dry malt, stirring until fully dissolved. Bring to a boil.
3.
Add extract and candi sugar. Return to boil for 55 more min.
4.
Chill well. Pitch yeast.
5.
NOTE: 3/4 cup sugar for priming
