trying split brew process: mashing at night, sparging and boiling next day. Allow to rest overnight after mashing in at 151 (9:48 pm). Sparge 8-10 hours later, collect runnings and boil per recipe. Cool and pitch yeast starter when wort hits 65F. Started sparge at 830 am nearly 1 hour fly sparge time. Created yeast starter from new yeast pack two days beforePitched yeast starter at 3:30 pm when fully cooled to 65f. Started fermenting by 10 pm. Fermented at 62f for first couple days left ...
