Forgot to add honey at end of boil - probably led to lower OG.Started fermenting/bubbling at 24 hours. No yeast starter used.Bottled half on 11/9/16 (Doomsday).Other half racked to secondary. Added 1 oz toasted oak chips soaked in Tincup Whisky for 1 week.Bottled whisky portion on 2/16/17. FG 1.018.
