Special Instructions

  1. Mash grains at 68C for 1hr
  2. 200g of mashed oven baked pumpkin to add @ 10 minutes into boil
  3. 1/5 heaping tsp of the following added @ 5 minutes into boil- nutmeg, cloves, allspice, ginger, cinnamon
  4. 20ml of real vanilla extract made from Vanilla bean soaked in vodka
  5. At bottling - 1.25 tsp of Pumpkin Pie spice was added per 5 gallons
  6. Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 @ 21C
  7. Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 @ 21C
