Notes:

Mild Sour, high effervesence dry crisp taste. Slight yeast "doughy" scent (Still need some time for yeast to fully settle out) Tasted by numerous local brewers from Craft breweries. Great reviews! One noted a slight taste of Brett but not strong. It was said that the style was quite accurately measured and was very enjoyable. First brew and recipe design was a success.
