Special Instructions

  1. Cut seeded pumpkin into quarters bake at 177C for 45min
  2. Scoop out from skin and add to mash. Mash with grains at 68C
  3. Boil for 60 minutes. Follow hops additions.
  4. Ginger, Cloves and Cinnamon at 12minutes.
  5. Final Saaz at flameout.
