Tasting Notes (1)

Scratch

Tasted on 8/7/2014 by Scratch

Notes:

Dark brown color with a fingers worth of tan head. Light chocolate malt and vanilla smell. Good vanilla flavor with a hints of chocolate. Smooth and slightly creamy. A great tasting beer. Maybe add another vanilla bean and a tad of dextrin malt for a little better head but otherwise perfect.
