  2. Halertau blanc hops 3.5g so4 2gCl to distilled . to six gallons biab
  3. Not sure where to place this style add .25 acid malt to mash last ten minutes
  4. Ended with1.042og excellent protein break think I missed a pound of pills
  5. 68 degree pitch will keep it there two days then ramp to 75 for two weeks

Ironfish1.008 after two weeks at 74degrees, considering a dry hop and wondering when to bottle this , ill wait for two months at least . all new territory

IronfishGravity didn't move so bottled 2.5 vol 3.3 gallons not worried about bottle bombs will be gone before xmas
