Beer came out with decent flavor. However, some bottles of the first bottles filled came out with an overwhelming lactic acid flavor due to it not being mixed. The bottles from the middle of the bucket came out with just the right amount of tartness and orange flavor from the peels. Served cold it has a very enjoyable and refreshing taste. Better mixing techniques should be used when added to the bottling bucket to stir the lactic acid evenly.
