Special Instructions

Steep Honey malt and oats for 30 minutes at 150 in 2.5 gallons
2.
Bring water to a boil
3.
Remove from heat and add extract
4.
Bring to a boil and add Hops for 60 minute addition
5.
With 15 minutes left add 3.5 grams of orange peel and 1/2 tsp of coriander
6.
With 5 minutes left add 3.5 grams of orange peel and 1/2 tsp of coriander
7.
Cool Wort
8.
Top with cold water to the 2.5 gallon mark
9.
Pitch Yeast
