  2. 4.5 gallons of strike water at 154F
  3. Collect 7 gallons
  4. At 15 minute add turbado sugar
  5. Chill to 180F add hop stand and stir for 30 minutes
  6. Ferment at 68F
  7. Krausen falls day 5 add dry hops for 3 days
