Take 2: Bells Two-hearted inspired IPA, but with a bit of late Azacca and Mosaic for a twist: also adjusted crystal malt to lower the SRM. Removed cultured Bell's yeast from this recipe.

This recipe was cloned from Fall Centennial MyPA.

Notes:

tastes very good. minimally carbonated. Still not clear. not overly bitter, but definitely an IpA. has fruitiness still from hops. Would definitely brew this again paying very close attention to obtaining a vigorous boil and chilling quickly before pitching yeast to ensure proteins properly fall out of solution.

Notes:

Apricot, peach and tropical fruits. Minimal bitterness. Very cloudy even with cold crashing. Looks like chill haze problem. Hope it clears with bottle conditioning because it tastes great.

Notes:

1.012 sampled today. Going to dry hop midweek and bottle next weekend. Hoping it's about at fg. Tastes like a great ipa

Notes:

took SG reading: 1.016. seems stuck. added 1/2 tsp AE. Took a taste. Great tasting IPA. Fruity, not as much as Tangier, but cross between Bell's two hearted and Tangier. Just the right bitterness, but I'm sure it will increase once it ferments down a bit more. Hoping to get down to about 1.011 or so by next week.
