1.Targeted mash was 158 but adding pumpkin lowered to 148. Need to add pumpkin sooner, heat or increase strike temp.
2.Increased mash to 90 min.
3.Add cinnamon sticks to boil at 30min.
4.Add ginger to boil at 10min.
5.Add clove to boil at 10min.
6.ended up with 16 gallons in the boil. Let the wort boil down to 14 gallons then started the 90min timer.
