Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Steep crushed grains in 2 gallons 156F water for 30 min.
2.
Drain and discard grains.
3.
Add LME and Molasses and dissolve.
4.
Bring to boil. Add hops at noted times.
5.
Cool. Pour 2 gallons of wort into 3 gallons of apple cider in fermentor.
6.
Pitch Wyeast 1056 American Ale yeast.
7.
Ferment to a target FG of near or below 1.010.
