Water added to mash tun at 80 degrees.25 litres initial strike volume.Mash for 1 hour.20 litres first runnings.Sparged with water at 80 degrees left for 15 mins circulating.Kettle topped up to 33 litres.Boil for 1 hour.Cooled to 20 degrees c.25 litres into fermentor.Aerated for 5 mins.Yeast added (Safeale s-04)
