Special Instructions

1.
Make a 2L yeast starter with 200g DME 24 hours in advance.
2.
Steep grains at in 9L of 71C water for 30 minutes.
3.
Sparge with 9L of 76C water.
4.
Dissolve liquid malt, make to boil volume, and bring to the boil.
5.
Follow hop addition schedule.
6.
Pitch yeast at 21C.
7.
After fermentation has finished, dry hop for five days
