Special Instructions

Boil 1LB extract, 5 gallons of apple cider, 3 oz honey, stir in 2 lbs brown sugar

Pitch yeast and let sit until it bubbles about 1-2 times in a minute.

Transfer to secondary and add 2 concamin sticks, after about 2 weeks to a mounth should be ready to bottle. Can serve hot, or cold. Can bottle with honey to bottle condition, or the typical way.
