Special Instructions
1.Coopers yeast re-hydrated starter,on the stirplate for 4 hours
2.3 gal mash decoction 14 lb grain bill at 140 deg. for 20 min
3.Infusion of 2 gal 150 deg water, mashed for 40 min
Wow.needs more alpha hops @60 min. but got it down to 1.005 and CITRA sweet comes through very well. Notes of clove and subtle spice. Not as clear as I hope for but improving with age. Overall very happy with this one ??
