Notes:

Brewed 10/28. Accidentally pulled 5.5 gal for the boil rather than 6.5. Added water to fermenter to reach 4.5 gal. Did not record OG, but likely 1.068 to 1.072 (BRIX 16.7 to 17). Prior to dry hop, hop flavor and aroma did not stand out as much as desired and bitterness was a bit higher than hoped. 3-day dry hop with blend added immense hop flavor. Kegged 11/11 at BRIX 7.7. Estimated ABV 6.8% to 7.2%.
