Sparge Water - 4.5 gallons at 169F

Add 1.75 of Canned Pumpkin or Cubes at 45mins (Boil)

Add 1-2 Cinnamon Sticks at 12mins (Boil)
5.
Add Nutmeg and AllSpice at 10mins (Boil)
6.
Add .5 WhirlFloc Tablet at 10mins (Boil) for Clarity
7.
Aeration of Wort for 1-2mins using a 2 Micron Stone
8.
Primary Ferment for 14 days at 68F
9.
Secondary Conditioning for clarity 7-10 days at 68F
10.
*Spread Pumpkin and Lightly Sprinkle w/ Brown Sugar. Bake.
