Wheat beers aren't just for summer. This spruced up wheat is a tribute to our pinto reindeer herd and especially our young "Chinook", who was born on a windy, snowy morning and was named for our favorite hop variety whose name means "Snow Eating Wind".

This recipe was cloned from O Tannenbock Spruce Ale.
