Made with Green Onions and Cucumbers from the Garden. This beer derives its name from the family in which green onions come from. I would think this beer should fall into the BJCP guidelines for a vegetable or spice beer but not finding that category I categorized it under the base beer used. I will be brewing this beer in a week I will include more notes as they become available.
