Special Instructions

1.
Bake your Hops in a 200 degree oven until they are stale, but not browned
2.
Mash at 155. (152 will yield a less funky beer, and 158 will yield a much funkier beer. I prefer in the middle for a kriek)
3.
Ferment with Lambic Blend yeast, add cherries in Secondary. Age for 1 year.
