Special Instructions

1.
Heat 3.25 Gallons of water to 166 degrees
2.
Add Heated water (166 Degrees) 3 1/4 Gallons to Mash Tun
3.
Stir in Fermentables let sit 60 minutes
4.
Heat 5 Gallons to 175 water for Sparge
5.
Drain mash tun and add the 5 gallons of 175 f Water
6.
Boil, 20 minutes then add 1 oz cascade hops & boil 40 Minutes
