Yeast started 24 hours before pitching -- one can of FastPitch, one can of water, stir plate. Just before pitching I decided to add a second WLP-001 to the flask.Speidel 60L fermenter -- with modified lid O-ring gasket glued in place to keep it from falling out when placing lid on fermenter.Filling the fermenter with 1/2 inch hose barely inserted into hole in lid gives nice aeration as wort splalshes into the bottom.Pre-boil gravity 1.050OG 1.056FG 1.010 on Sept 16 -- keg 5 gallons Keg ...
