Notes:
Fermentation temperature in fridge was set at 66 degrees. Worked between 66-68 degrees with 2 tall 5 gallon fermenters in the fridge at one time.
Notes:
Dry hopped and checked gravity. Joseph's London ESB 1968 was 1.029. My American Ale 1056 was 1.026.
